High-class hotel, we appreciated it.
They gave us a neat room with fabulous spa bath and a single bed, as for instance. And the facilities were great! Location: the hotel was not far from eastern bay, Whakatane in 2-3 weeks, and stores.

This motel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, close to the city center and shops. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with the added luxury of a spa bath and a comfortable bed. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the motel offers disability accommodation, making it accessible for all guests.
The issue of miscommunication regarding the number of guests could have been handled more gracefully.

We loved our stay at this motel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving it an upmarket feel. The king size bed was wonderful and there were plenty of additional amenities like a dining table and chairs, armchairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was lovely, with a spa bath that added a luxurious touch. The location of the motel was perfect, situated in a nice quiet area just outside the town, but still within easy reach by car or on foot. It was great to have parking right outside our room. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that there were facilities like a washer and dryer available for guests to use. The staff were also fantastic and took action when some guests were being noisy, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.
Nothing to fault.

I recently stayed at a motel just outside town and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still easily accessible by car or on foot. The facilities were top-notch, with a room that had everything I needed, including a spa bath and a washer and dryer for guests to use. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxation. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this motel again.

The price was fair for the location, and the complementary chocolates and sparkling wine were a nice touch. the bed was comfortable, with soft sheets, and we appreciated the option of having a late checkout. We also enjoyed the nearby scenic walking paths.
The room was not as clean as we expected; there were leftover crumbs on the table and hair in the bathroom.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room at this motel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, making us feel at ease during our stay. Additionally, the motel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities. The nearby restaurants and cafes provided a range of dining options for us to enjoy.
One aspect that we found disappointing was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedroom. This became a problem on warmer summer days, as the living room area had the only source of cooling.

Wow! This motel room was exceptional. So spacious and super clean. The beds were very comfortable, and there was five of us in the room and each of us said the beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous, and the spa bath was awesome. The heat pump kept the room lovely, cosy, and warm. The owner was fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay very much. AAAAA

The complementary Wi-Fi and parking were great. The hotel also had a good location with easy access to local attractions. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.
The shower dispenser was incredibly slow and frustrating to use. Additionally, the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful, and didn't offer much information or assistance during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff welcomed us warmly and showed us around our room, which was clean, cosy, and had a spa bath. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with high-pressure showers and ample cooking space. The location was perfect, being close to town, parking, and an Indian restaurant within walking distance.
No complaints.
